Art: The nominating committee has nominated the following people for officers, boards, committees for 2024-2025.
President--Art Thorn,

Art asked for further nominations, there were none. Mark made a motion to close the nominations, and motion was passed.
 
Sunny: "This is the first time in years that a new slate of officers was completed the first week of November--congratulations to Art and his nominating committee!

Happy Dollars:
Maria Biondo had a happy and sad dollars.  "Happy to have been a Rotary member and known us, but sad to be moving back to San Diego." "Happy to be back with family."  She might be surprised if we all show up at her house!
 
Carlos: Maggie is passing a list of items that hopefully can be borrowed for the Centennial. Items can be coordinated with Maggie or delivered to the conference center on Friday, November 17th, from 9-5, where decorations will be going up, all help appreciated.
Holiday season--there will not be meetings on November 21, or December 19 and 26. Meetings will resume on January 9th in the Sunset Room at WNMU.
 
RYLA scholarships: Cost per student has gone up to $950.00. The deadline is December 1 for # of students and the fees.
Jim: Bill Harrison will be attending and does remember the Roaring 20's!
 
Program: Lucy introduced Jeff and Allie Rudolf, of Rudolf Enterprises. Jeff gave a very informative talk about estate purchasing and or liquidation of homes, cars, furniture, a part-time career they have been doing for about three years, and enjoying it.
