Program:
Matthew, William, and Andrew Legateke and Cassandra Gorum from Organ Mountain Inspections were introduced by Art. They perform home and other inspections around the area. They cover residential and commercial services. A home inspection is a visual examination of a home’s major structure and components that make a  accessible. Andrew pointed out that regular
maintenance of your home or business is very important. You should look at your roof annually, check your gutters to make sure they are clean, smoke detectors should be in every bedroom and common area. Check swamp coolers, change out filters, make sure no cracks or broken seals around windows or doors. After an informative presentation, there was an extensive question and answer session.

Art presented a gift token of the club’s appreciation.
