The Blues for Polio was a sell-out. The net proceeds (our club's contribution to end polio) will be announced next week. That amount will be matched 2:1 by the Gates Foundation.
Sunny K. passed around a brochure from the Zone Institute that highlighted the club's contribution to the Navajo project.
Reminder about the Holiday potluck on December 2, 2022 at the Kellerman's house at 5:30 pm. There will NOT be a dessert auction but feel free to bring desserts to share!
Paul Harris awards were presented by Sunny K. to Niel McDonald, Ray Goellner, and Art Thorn for their service to the club.

There will be a Hi Lo Silvers Concert on December 9, at 7 pm, and December 11 at 3 pm at the First Presbyterian Church on Swan St.
Maggie noted member anniversary dates.
Jim: Fairgate made $880.00. As tradition directs, the money, less 10% for the club, will be donated back to the fair for the purchase of animals that did make it to the auction.

Program:
Raul Turrieta, Grant County Tax Assessor, gave a presentation on the Tamal Fiesta Y Mas, which is being held this Saturday in Santa Clara. Activities will be ongoing from 9 am until 3 pm. (Note: tamal is plural for tamale.)
