President Niel McDonald presided.
Jerri Outzs led the Pledge of Allegiance.
Art Thorn gave the invocation.
Lucy Falley led the Four-Way Test
The event was a pot-luck demotion party for Niel at the American Legion Post 18 on College Avenue.
Guests: Sameena McDonald (Niel's wife), Ray Davis and John Sterling, both American Legion members. They were very kind in allowing our Rotary Club to use their facility. John even made coffee!

Niel, with help from Leslie, gave out gifts to the outgoing board members. Picture below.
Niel gave a short, but heartfelt speech about his year as President.
Carlos, as incoming president, is looking forward to his year.
