Sunny K. presided over the meeting.
Sunny K. asked that there be a brief huddle after the meeting for anyone who has attended the Grants training to discuss future project.
Sunny also said we need to plan itinerary for RFE people arriving in October. There will be 11 people in total. Four couples, plus 3 singles. Suggestions for entertainment are needed for three days, plus transportation, a potluck on arrival day, and they can be speakers on Tuesday, October 18. Other suggestions included: City of Rocks, Campus museum, Silver City museum, downtown tour of art galleries, Cliff Dwellings.
The committee now consists of members who are hosting. Kathy said a meeting should be scheduled on June 13. at 4 p.m. at Kathy's.
There is another Auction 2023 committee meeting today at Kathy's house at 4:30.
Maggie V. said there are two beneficiary applicants for the 2023 Auction.
Sunny K. said she still has Rotary pins if anyone needs one.
Karen Whitlock slipped on gravel and broke her leg and is awaiting further treatment.
Kathy E. will be giving her presentation on July 26, of her Guatemala trip.
