Mary Anne Sedillo, Grant County Probate Judge who has 46 years of government experience spoke to the club about about:
Having a plan for one’s death, including a will and instructions to heirs
The mechanics of specifying and certifying an executor
Avoiding probate through the use of trusts
Using payment-on-death stipulating with bank accounts and investments and transfer-on-death stipulations with real estate.
