Sunny K. The Empowering Girls Initiative Digital District Conference last Saturday was very good.  Contact Sunny K. for further information.
 
RYLA: Looking for candidates -boys and girls-completing Junior year. Camp is in July. Talk to Will Hawkins,  Sunny K., Kathy Eaton for details.
 
Fireside Chat will be at Sunny K.'s house February 9, at 5:30 pm, for new members to get answers to their questions about Rotary. There will be snacks, not dinner.

Tom:  Hygiene Project--still collecting hygiene supplies as we wind up on our District Grant.

Program: Steve Chavira introduced our speakers, Police Chief Freddie Portillo and Cpl. Manny Juare, Community Resource/Code Enforcement Officer.
They spoke about local police programs and community events, and the department's proactive crime prevention efforts.
